• Shipping: Standard delivery normally takes 5–7 working days. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Every bag is backed by a 2‑year warranty covering stitching, hardware, and construction. If a defect arises, we’ll repair or replace your bag at no extra cost (customer covers return shipping). Please note: this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
